Since 2018, Resonantes has been experimenting with connected devices paired with its mobile app to make it easier to trigger alerts without having to pick up a phone. These connected devices are optional accessories; they do not condition or limit access to the core services and features of the App-Elles app. They are offered to users as a convenience.

The Connected Alert Button

This is a Beacon-type connected button using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, which triggers an alert on the user's phone with a double-click. The button was designed without any specific shape or branding so that it looks like any ordinary button (a gate opener, an access badge, etc.). It can easily be attached to a keychain or slipped into a pocket. It is meant to fit every situation and use case, both outdoors and at home.
Resonantes invites organisations and professionals working in prevention, support and assistance to victims and witnesses to evaluate the use cases, impacts and benefits of this new accessory with their beneficiaries.
